Solmax Bentoliner®

Bentoliner® combines the dimensional stability and increased internal shear strength of reinforced geotextiles with the high swelling capacity and low permeability of sodium bentonite. Bentoliner® geosynthetic clay liners have a high sealing effect and outstanding mechanical properties that can be used on steeper slopes and in high-load applications where increased internal shear strength is required.

Bentoliner® represents safe and cost-effective barrier solutions on leachate containment. It presents an extremely low hydraulic conductivity, outstanding internal shear resistance as self-sealing edges. Bentoliner® is a small fraction of the overall project cost but virtually 100% of the protection.

This crucial geosynthetic clay liner (GCL) Bentoliner® is used as sealing, barrier or containment system to protect the environment in a sustainable way from waste leachate in landfill caps and closures, mining waste, brine, hazardous materials, vapor, gas and other potentially dangerous materials.
